A collaborative session exploring curriculum, strategies and goals for incorporating and delivering music education in the classroom. Together we will unpack the K-7 music education content and share experiences as well as brainstorm goals and resources moving forward.

Join us for an engaging workshop where educators collaborate to explore effective resources for phonics, phonemic awareness, and spelling instruction. Bring your favorite tools and strategies to share, and work together to create a comprehensive resource list that supports literacy development in the classroom. Spanning from Primary to Intermediate students as well as K-12 intervention.

In this session, we will: Define executive function and its core components. Explore how executive function develops in children and adolescents. Identify signs of executive function challenges. Discuss practical strategies and tools to support students with executive function deficits in the classroom.
