As discussed in our RA we should be seeing the higher of the negotiated raise amounts for this year. Below is the updated Grid for SD10 starting July 1st 2023:
The July 1, 2023, salary grids for each district are posted on the BCTF website here.
The updated salary includes a general wage increase of 5.5%, plus a COLA adjustment of 1.25%, for a 6.75% increase for all members.
Members at the top step of each salary grid will see an additional 0.3% increase in salary.
Remember to check your payroll documents to make sure you are getting paid the correct amount and feel free to message me ASAP if you think there is an error.
