BCTF Federation Leadership Institute (FLI)

The Federation Leadership Institute (FLI) is designed to support local leadership in developing the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed to fulfill your union roles in meeting the BCTF 2023–24 leadership priorities.
The Local President of ALTA will attend as our only released officer in our Local.
